Juggling class (Mondays) 18:00-19:00
(19.09 | 26.09 | 03.10 | 10.10 | 17.10 | 31.10 | 7.11 | 14.11 | 21.11 | 28.11 | 5.12 | 12.12 |) (10.12) (17.12)
Juggling is a surprisingly tough workout, and is great for developing coordination.
There have also been numerous studies on the benefits to the brain of learning to juggle. And it’s a pretty awesome party trick!
Once you’ve mastered the basics, juggling with a partner and learning passing tricks is great fun.
We can teach you to juggle balls, clubs, rings, flower-stick and much more.
Don’t worry if you don’t pick it up as quickly as someone else does – we all progress at our own pace and it just means you’re exercising your brain more!
Unicycling for Intermediates (Mondays) 19:00-20:00
(19.09 | 26.09 | 03.10 | 10.10 | 17.10 | 31.10 | 7.11 | 14.11 | 21.11 | 28.11 | 5.12 | 12.12) (10.12) (17.12)
So you’ve successfully mastered the art of riding a unicycle and now you can ride comfortably. That’s when the fun really begins!
In this course, you will learn your first tricks on your unicycle, which will give you a solid base
from which you can branch out into many different unicycle disciplines. You will be
introduced to the 10 IUF Skill levels and by the end of each month you will be tested for a
skill level.
You will get introduced to jump onto pallets, ride in pair and group formations.
Trapeze (Tuesdays) 18:00-19:00
(20.09 | 27.09 | 4.10 | 11.10 | 18.10 | 1.11 | 8.11 | 15.11 | 22.11 | 29.11 | 6.12 | 13.12) (10.12) (17.12)
If you’ve never tried aerial arts before then we’d recommend trapeze as a great starting point for building the strength that aerials require. The bar gives you a place to stop for a rest, and there are some fun moves we can try with the ropes too!
“Don’t let the fear of falling keep you from flying”
The two broad disciplines in trapeze are swinging and static. Our classes are in a form of
static trapeze, which means we let the trapeze hang straight down without swinging on it.
Our classes focus on making shapes on the equipment and moving through sequences, gradually building your skills as you get stronger and more confident.
Handstand & Circus Acrobatics (Tuesdays) 19:00-20:00
(20.09 | 27.09 | 4.10 | 11.10 | 18.10 | 1.11 | 8.11 | 15.11 | 22.11 | 29.11 | 6.12 | 13.12) (10.12) (17.12)
Turn your world upside down
Think it would be cool to be able to do a handstand? Or can you already do one but want to improve your technique or try out new shapes? We’re here to help! Did you know…Not only does standing on your hands build core and upper body strength, it also stimulates your endocrine system by increasing blood flow to your head.
This helps to boost your metabolism as well as reducing stress hormones. It can also improve your proprioception leading to better balance and spatial perception… an all-round win!
Unicycling for Beginners (Wednesdays) 19:00-20:00
(21.09 | 5.10 | 19.10 | 26.10 | 2.11 | 9.11 | 16.11 | 30.11 |14.12) (10.12) (17.12)
