More information about the activities:
Acrobatics:
(individual, double and group acrobatics, hand balancing, flexibility and strength).
In this circus discipline, we will exercise our strength and flexibility with acrobatic movements such as jumps, cart-wheels, rolls, handstands, somersaults and various balance positions.
> ? ?♂️ Acrobatics in pairs: exercises with a partner – base (the person below) or a flyer (top person), partner balance positions, movements in a pair, acrobatic synchronization.
? ?♂️ ? Group acrobatics: This is where the circus started. We will work hand posture, acro-balance and throwing. Three or more people will work together to create artistic poses. In group acrobatics we practice shaping different human pyramids and synchronous acro movements.
You will develop confidence and trust in your partners.
You will improve your strength and flexibility and acquire a range of acrobatic skills while seemingly resisting gravity.
This practice is a good option for those who are new to the acrobatic circus and want to see the development of which skills most attract them, as well as acrobats who want to focus on partner acrobatics – as a base (the person below) or a flyer ( the top guy).
?? Whether you’re bored with your usual fitness routine, looking for something fun and different, or even fulfilling your childhood dream, there is room in the circus arts for everyone.
Over time, you will be visibly stronger, improve your coordination, improve your health, and have the most exciting achievements to tell your friends.
? Juggling:
Juggling is for everyone and develops incredible coordination skills.
It is an implementation of mathematical models in the air and can be practiced not only individually but also in partner installation or in a group where coordination and concentration games are stored with only one ball in a circle.
This ancient sport offers not only incredible fun, but also relieves stress and is a great cardiovascular exercise.
You will learn to juggle 3 balls cascade, 4 balls and even more balls.
Into this class you will be working with the following disciplines of juggling: Balls, Clubs, Diablo, Poi´s, Scarfs and much for objects.
? Unicycle / Monocycle:
You will practice your body balance skills in these classes.
We work in the beginning in smaller groups of 3-4 people with one single bike, one person rides the wheel with the support of the others in the group, with the rider constantly changing.
After you learn to ride the wheel freely without support, then you will be introduced to the endless many tricks you can do on that one-wheeler, you will also be introduced to riding in formations and synchronizations in pairs and the whole group accompanied by music.
Slalom, Speed tests, high and long jump and basketball we exercise while riding on our unicycles, it is so much fun.
We will also use the unicycles in other ways – we will exercise positions for balance, balancing the wheel in the air, as well as theatrical expressions and new-circus performances.

The Circus Coaches: Galina and Michael
?♀️? Galina Ryom-Røjbek
is very passionate about the physical arts and the teaching process in general, so teaching is a great pleasure for her.
She is a highly skilled contemporary circus artist who graduated from AFUK in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2013.
Her two major disciplines at school were Trapeze Ballant and Acrobatics.
Galina is a Unicycle World Champion, with more than 15 years of professional athletic career, and the most incredible is that she has been riding the unicycle for more than 24 years!
Galina has been living in Sofia since 2016, working with the Mini Art Foundation to develop the performing arts in Bulgaria and to research and monitor contemporary and social circus.
Galina is a World Unicycle Champion, Vice President and co-founder of the Mini Art Foundation. She has studied at the Rudolf Steiner School (Waldorf School) in Denmark. She now lives in Bulgaria to develop the circus scene into more modern/contemporary presence and to create the first social circus center for Sofia/Bulgaria.
Galina tells from her school: “I remember we used nuts to learn how to count. I crushed the nuts and ate them, but I also learned how to count.
Steiner has a fantastic sense of community in the schools, and the strict but loving framework helps me to really structure my time and work today.
As I grew older, it became increasingly clear to me that education without grades and exams is unique and I am convinced that it is essential to developing a creative personality in the best way. With such training you learn to see the qualities of all people, and for today’s society it is crucial to have such abilities and skills I think. ”
?♂️? Mikhail Raichev
is a skilled circus artist who developed his acting skills and juggling in France from 2011 to 2014.
Mihail is a brilliant and very patient circus instructor in the Juggling discipline.
“The moment a person is allowed to work
with his own balance, he/she gains the courage
and practice to dare to take the next step”
– quoted by Galina from her TEDxSofia lecture back in April 2019.
We are expecting you!
