Acrobatics:
(individual, pair and group acrobatics, hand balancing, flexibility and strength).
In this circus discipline we will exercise our strength and flexibility with acrobatic movements such as jumping, gypsy wheel, scrolls, handstand, somersaults and various balance positions.
> ? ?♂️ Acrobatics in pairs: exercises with a partner in height – base (man below) or flyer (top man), partner balance positions, movements in pairs, acrobatic synchrony.
Group acrobatics: The whole group will practice group acrobatics, forming different human-pyramids and synchronous acro-movements.
> ? ?♂️Group acrobatics: This is where the circus started. We will work handstand, acrobal balance and throwing. Two or more people will work together to create artistic poses. You will develop self-confidence and trust in your partners. You will improve your strength and flexibility and acquire a number of acrobatic skills while seemingly resisting gravity.
This practice is a good option for those who are new to acrobatic circus and want to see the development of which skills they are most attracted to, as well as for acrobats who want to focus on partner acrobatics – as a basis (the man below) or a flyer ( top man).
Whether you are bored with your usual fitness routine, looking for something fun and different or even making your childhood dream come true, there is a place for everyone in the circus arts.
Over time, you will be visibly stronger, improve your coordination, improve your health and have the most exciting achievements to tell your friends.
> ??♂️ Handstand: Whether this is your first attempt at a handstand or if you already know how to do it and want to work on pressure or one arm, this practice is for everyone, at any level. The inability to do something is the best possible reason to participate in this success-oriented activity.
The emphasis is on individual skills and balance, small and large group activities, warming up and stretching. Participants will set goals, monitor their progress and strive for improvement. You will learn:
1. How to be able to stand in a standing position with support against a wall without a spotter for 20 seconds.
2. How to take a handstand in different ways and at different levels.
3. How to make different body shapes while standing in arms.
4. How to make the right preparations for strength and flexibility, as well as cooling for the exercise of handstand.
5. How to notice others?
? Juggling:
Juggling is for everyone and develops amazing coordination skills. It is the implementation of mathematical models in the air and can be practiced not only individually but also in a partner couple or in a group, where games are stored with just one ball in a circle. This ancient sport not only offers incredible fun, but also relieves stress and is a great cardiovascular exercise. We will juggle two and cascade three balls.

? Unicycle: (Monokolelo)
We practice balance skills. We work in small groups of 3-4 people with one unicycle (bicycle with 1 wheel). One person rides the bike with the support of others in the group, with the cyclist constantly changing. You will learn the basic tricks and support of the unicycle. Once you learn to ride the bike freely, without support, we will make formations in pairs or in a group accompanied by music. We will use the unicycle in other ways as well – we will practice balance positions, balancing the wheel in the air, as well as theatrical and circus performances.
Monocycle: you will learn how to ride alone, in pairs or in a group, tricks and style.
?? Circus theater and improvisation skills:
As we progress with circus skills, we will add the development of theatrical and clown skills so that we can create stories and emotions with our circus skills. We will practice small improvisation shows, through which we will develop expression skills, as well as confidence when presenting ourselves to others. We will draw inspiration from everyday life situations, dreams and topics provoked by circus lessons such as fear, trust, laughter, risk and joy. At the end of the term we will create a circus performance with the group and it will experience the creative process of creating a circus performance together, which will be presented to parents and friends.
