CONTEMPORARY CIRCUS IS A KIND OF ART THAT ORIGINATED IN THE 1970S IN FRANCE AND REPRESENTS A SORT OF DESCENT OF ARTISTS FROM THE STAGE, THEIR MORE DYNAMIC WORK AMONG PEOPLE, THE VARIETY OF CONCEPTS. IT CONSISTS OF MIXING ELEMENTS FROM THE TRADITIONAL CIRCUS WITH
MANY OTHER GENRES AND ARTS, WITH THE IDEA LEADING THE PERFORMANCES. THIS TYPE OF ART USES MANY ELEMENTS OF THE LANGUAGE OF THEATER, POPULAR CULTURE, STREET ARTISTS, URBAN FOLKLORE, MUSIC AND DANCE.
